Australasia Metals offer aluminium alloy profiles for building, engineering and industrial applications.

The Profiles are supplied as per EN 755-1,EN 755-2, EN 755-3, EN 755-4, EN 755-5, EN 755-6 & EN 755-9. Profiles are offered in mill finish, powder coated as well as in anodized condition.

We have exclusive marketing agreement with a leading aluminium profile manufacturer in China. Annual production of extruded profiles is more than 120,000 mt. In total there are 26 extruding presses ranging from 660 tons to 3,600 tons. Anodizing is done on vertical (imported from Japan) as well as on a horizontal line. There are 6 powder coating lines – 2 vertical (imported from Italy) and 4 horizontal. Profiles can be extruded to a minimum wall thickness of 0.80 mm. New die manufacturing and die correction is done in house.

We also undertake fabrication jobs which are processed on modern CNC machines. Profile cutting, stamping, drilling and turning services can also be offered on a case to case basis.

We offer profiles in aluminium alloy 6060 / 6061* / 6063 & 6005.
*depending on shape of profile

Profiles are offered in standard length of 6000 mm. On customer’s request specific cut to length can also be offered. The packaging is profile specific and we take care and ensure that the packaging can withstand and is suitable for transportation by land and sea.
